WWMT Curriculum
A basic curriculum provides the basis for personal reflection and group discussion in the series of relational, interactive modules that are developed to most comprehensively prepare women for a lifestyle of ministry. The format of these modules is flexible, conducted over a period of years to allow for personal transformation, skills practice, and growth in confidence and vision. Other modules may be added in response to specific needs in a given training situation.

Facilitating Relational Learning (FRL) | Walking with Christ (WwC) |

Provides transforming perspectives, interaction and facilitation skills, which are essential to effective small group discipleship and multiplication ministry. Required Foundational Module. | Practice Text: This course encourages students in their Christian life by presenting truths that are transforming. Students learn what it means to depend upon Jesus Christ in their daily life. |
Developing a Discerning Heart (DDH) | Discovery Bible Study (DBS) | Women Serving Women (WSW) |

Recognizing and cooperating with the ongoing, deepening work of God’s Spirit in the life of the shepherd, so that she can then more effectively help others trust and experience God as they navigate the challenges of life. (Prerequisite: FRL) | Instruction in essential and responsible Bible Study to enhance biblical understanding for self and others, enrich personal devotions, lead small group discussions, and prepare lessons and messages. (Prerequisite: FRL and DDH) | Building a biblical framework for women to women ministry, this course identifies needs, resources, challenges and opportunities in creating and sustaining meaningful ministry to women through the local church. (Prerequisite: FRL, DDH, DBS) |
