Christian Women in Partnership - Russia
Vision
Primarily through partnerships and the resource of previously trained Russian national sisters, establish networks of accessible, biblical leadership training by women and for women throughout the country of Russia. Our vision is that these trained women will exhibit characteristics of servant leadership and that each woman will personally have a vision for multiplication of training in her own community.

Opportunity
- At least 80% of attendees in Russian churches are female. There is a strong need for the development of spiritually mature leaders to encourage and facilitate the study of the Bible withing this large population of women.
- In addition, due to the expansive size of the country of Russia, there is a great need to develop a network of trained, mature women leaders to serve as a resource to pastors and to one another at the regional and local level for ongoing training and evangelization needs.
- There is a need to equip trained leaders with a desire and vision of multiplication and evangelization in their local communities and throughout Russia.
Goals
- Graduate approximately 286 students in 22 Local Training Centers (LTC) across all 11 times zones of Russia in 2009. These are the 3rd level, Local Training Center students that have been studying for 4 years. The 4th level centers rely on local resources, mostly from their own Russian churches.
