Operation CrossGen
Mission
To encourage intentional, inter-generational friendships
Primary goals
To build understanding, appreciation and communication between generations
To enable learning from and about one another across generations
To establish trusting relationships, strong enough to bear the weight of the gospel (in the case of an unbelieving participant – evangelism)
Secondary goals
Enhance ability to facilitate learning with people of generations other than one’s own
Grow in Christ through learning from one another (discipling)
Encourage those seeking God’s direction on his calling for their life and ministry
Entrust’s commitment

Operation CrossGen participants’ commitment
Let Entrust know you’re interested (via Facebook, LinkedIn or our blog)
Pray, asking God to lead you to a cross-generational friendship
Or, ask God to show you who he’s already placed in your life, with whom to develop this type of friendship
Intentionally begin to ask questions, to seek understanding about your Operation CrossGen friend’s worldview, values, priorities, frustrations with your generation
Enter into that friend’s world – do things together, visit their workplace or school, just hang out
Check Entrust’s social media sites or your email for semi-monthly suggestions and challenges
Let us know how it’s going from time to time
So, whether you’re a “Paul,” (older) or a “Timothy” (younger), go find that friend and let the dialogue begin!
