Dr. Joy Dahl
Although she grew up going to church, Joy didn’t meet Jesus until the age of 35 when she worked as chief financial officer for a regional broadcasting company in New York. Much of Joy’s career has focused on startup and high-growth companies. She now provides business advisory services to senior leaders, and she develops effective strategies for organizational growth, expansion, and transformation. Joy’s passion is equipping believers so they can embrace their calling as Christ’s ambassadors in the workplace. Her experiences allow her to come alongside others as they seek to integrate their faith and work. Joy and her husband, Gordon, live in Dallas.

“Entrust has an incredible legacy of training and equipping leaders around the world to effectively train and send others into their communities and workplaces. It is truly an honor to serve in the mission of this organization. I appreciate the fact that integrity and accountability are foundational in all aspects of Entrust. And it is exciting that people in various contexts are developing impactful and culturally relevant training which shares the truth of the gospel message and the hope of life in Christ.”
