Welcome!
We're excited to have you join our first online All-Staff Conference! This page will act as a home base for all your conference needs. Be sure to read the guidelines below and click the join button when you're ready. We'll see you soon!
Join us as Ronnie Steven's shares his message from Acts 14, Apparent Defeat, Actual Victory: God’s Sovereignty over Missions.
IMPORTANT!
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with these guidelines prior to joining the ASC. As the conference will be conducted primarily through Zoom, it is important that we adhere to these practices to ensure the best experience for all attendees.
BEFORE THE ONLINE ASC
-
Download the schedule for your time zone, see list at bottom of this screen.
-
Make sure your equipment is working well with Zoom. You can test your speakers and microphone, lighting and background by setting up in the location you intend to use and running a test Zoom call at: https://zoom.us/test
-
Make sure your full name is on your Zoom profile, or update it when you first enter the Zoom meeting.
DURING MAIN SESSIONS
(welcome, introductions, worship, prayer, plenary & keynote sessions):
-
MUTE your audio and turn off your video (if you are not presenting).
-
Change to Speaker view (click View in the top-right corner, then select Speaker). Whoever is speaking will be in a large main screen, all others will be in small screens.
DURING BREAKOUT SESSIONS
-
Make sure to turn on your video, if you had turned it off during the main session.
-
Leave your audio muted until you enter the breakout room, then unmute when ready.
-
Change to Gallery view (click View in the top-right corner, then select Gallery). This helps in smaller groups to see everyone in the meeting. With smaller monitors you may want to leave it in Speaker view, so that whoever is speaking will be in the largest screen.
DURING BREAKS
-
Please mute your audio and turn off your video during breaks to minimize distractions.
-
Remember to turn your video back on after the break.
