...entrust to reliable people... 2 Tim. 2:2

"It is the Lord Christ whom you serve."
Colossians 3:24b

God has blessed Entrust with a remarkably diverse band of delightful (and maybe a few eccentric) characters who are committed to spiritual multiplication in a wide variety of settings. We serve with freedom; the freedom to invest our talents for God’s glory without feeling pressured to conform to a “cookie cutter” approach to ministry.

That’s why I am enthusiastic about encouraging men and women to answer the “Macedonian call” to join us in an exciting journey. In order to effectively pass on what God has entrusted to us, to faithful spiritual multipliers in places like Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, our family needs to grow exponentially. We have lots of opportunities for recent college and seminary graduates as well as for seasoned veterans and second-career “finishers” who desire to invest their experience and talents for eternity, pouring into the lives of men and women who will lead and shepherd churches worldwide long after we’re gone.

As I speak with potential Entrust co-workers, I have my eyes and ears open for men and women:

  1. who love Jesus and desire to grow deeper in him,
  2. who have not stopped learning,
  3. whose minds are being transformed by God’s word,
  4. who have a proven track record in local ministry (going overseas doesn’t magically turn us into effective workers),
  5. who “play well with others” (people who desire to serve together and serve one another on a local team),
  6. who are willing to take proactive steps to develop a committed team of financial partners while trusting God to provide their needs,
  7. who have learned to trust God and rejoice in him—even when things don’t go according to plan.

I’m grateful to serve in seeking potential team members to join us in the joyful task of equipping spiritual multipliers.
