Position Available



Summary:  Promotes Entrust mission, vision, programs and curriculum focused on spiritual development for men. Participates with and supports Entrust ministry teams and projects in the U.S. and globally.

Reports to: Chief Learning Officer

Commitment: Full-time

Compensation: Raise own support


  • Assist in developing new courses for men.
  • Disciple, mentor, coach and teach men; prepare them for possible further ministry with Entrust.
  • Assist in developing viable recruitment strategies for potential men’s ministry trainers.
  • Research and identify strategic additions to Entrust training and equipping programs for men, working closely with Entrust’s international leaders and curriculum department.
  • Assist with training/facilitating, coordination and any other needs of the Entrust hubs in the U.S. and overseas.
  • Promote and lead Entrust ministry and curriculum in home church.
  • Go on international trips – up to two per year.
  • Support varied Entrust projects as needed.


  • Entrust will establish a robust, needs-driven strategy for men's programming and deployment.
  • Entrust will gain a growing number of trainers who are being transformed and can lead other men toward transformation into the image of God.
  • Entrust will develop a men's curriculum that can be tailored for national leaders, equipping them to multiply disciple making and leader development in their locations.
  • Entrust will offer increasing numbers of co-ed trainings in cultures where appropriate.
  • Entrust hubs will increasingly offer training modules for men.


Professional Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Facilitating Relational Learning (FRL) prior to or within first year of employment.
  • Co-facilitate Entrust courses as requested with goal of becoming skilled in Entrust-style facilitation.
  • Commitment to best principles and practices in adult education.
  • Successful completion of Entrust men’s Curriculum Design.
  • Commitment to best principles and practices in course design.
  • Active involvement with professional and ministry communities that can serve as resources in supporting this position and its work.
  • Bible teaching or small group facilitation experience. Prefer pastoral/ministry experience or proven leadership abilities in a church and current involvement in teaching.
  • Ability to work well in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer programs as needed.

  • Confident in public speaking and in leading discussions.
  • Adaptable to changing ministry and travel situations.
  • Able to work skillfully with groups from differing theological persuasions.
  • Able to discuss theology with people of varying viewpoints within the context of Entrust trainings.
  • Ability to lead a team in course design.

Spiritual Qualities Desired

  • Growing Christian, personally following Christ and active in a local church.
  • Consistent devotional life.
  • Team spirit and teachable servant’s heart.
  • Spiritual maturity commensurate with that of pastors with whom Entrust works.
  • Agreement with Entrust’s statement of faith.
