Transformation leading to Multiplication
Encouraging, Equipping and Empowering Global Ministry Leaders
The core curriculum provides the basis for personal study and reflection along with group discussions in a series of relational and interactive training modules designed to equip women for a lifestyle of ministry. The modules, taken over a period of time, allow for personal transformation, development of skills, and growth in confidence and vision. Other modules may be added in response to specific needs in a given training situation.

Facilitating Relational Learning (FRL) Explores the unique needs of the adult learner and how facilitating discussions in a relational context can be a powerful way to not only introduce content, but stimulate growth that leads to mature disciples of Jesus Christ.
Walking with Christ (practice text used in FRL)Encourages students in their Christian life by presenting truths that are transforming. Students learn what it means to depend upon Jesus Christ in daily life.
Developing a Discerning Heart (DDH)Explores God’s design of men and women as image-bearers of God and the far-reaching effects of the Fall on men and women. Studies the life-changing impact of Christ’s redemption and its effects not only on man’s thirst for God but on each person’s mind, will, and emotions. Looks at the new identity we have in Christ and how that enables us to live redeemed lives.
Discovery Bible Study (DBS)How to effectively study the Bible to enrich devotional times, lead small group discussions and prepare lessons and messages. Work systematically through a process of observation, interpretation and application of biblical passages in order to understand the original author’s intent and accurately apply the word of God.
Equipping Women to Serve (EWS)This module begins by building a biblical framework for women serving in ministry. It identifies the needs, resources, challenges, and opportunities in creating and sustaining meaningful ministry. It looks at the essential components for developing servant leaders and includes a discussion on how to build a solid team. Spiritual gifts, temperaments, and effective spiritual mentoring are explored in the context of building a cohesive ministry. After exploring each of these components, time is spent on the practical application of these principles to the specific ministry God is calling each participant to.
