Q. When should I change the manner in which I donate?

A. Not yet! It will be sometime in early 2026. We will provide clear instructions in advance of any change.

 

Q. How should I designate my gifts for Entrust people or projects?

A. The same as always. You can continue to make out checks to Entrust and mail them to our PO box (see address at bottom of this page) or give online by clicking the GIVE button above. You can also use the link that takes you directly to your person or project, if you have access to that link.

 

Q. How will I know what changes to make in how I send donations for my Entrust people and projects?

A. We will provide you with info and instructions when the time comes via every channel we have: our monthly Spotlight newsletter, emails and right here under FAQs.

 

Q. What if I miss the instructions about how to change my giving?

A. No worries. We will send those instructions multiple times, multiple ways, and allow you plenty of time to make needed changes.

 

Q: Has my Entrust friend’s email address changed?

A: Yes, it has. It is now firstnamelastname@oci.org. For example: johndoe@oci.org. You can continue to use the Entrust email address for a while, but we recommend switching to the OCI address at your earliest convenience.

 

Q: When will I receive my usual year-end giving report from Entrust?

A: You can expect to receive your 2025 giving report by the end of January 2026.

 

 

GENERAL

Q. What led to this merger?

A. Beginning in late 2023, One Challenge leaders sensed God calling them to work toward intentional growth in size and impact. At the same time, Entrust leaders began asking God to guide them on questions related to leadership, recruitment and finances.

Throughout the exploration period, marked by a great deal of prayer and fasting, we discovered our organizations each have rich, deep histories and an alignment of vision, mission and core values. Both organizations’ Boards came to unanimous decisions to merge in December of 2024. The merger was legally completed on October 1, 2025.
