GROUP WORKBOOK ORDERS

​​​​​​If you have successfully completed a training and would like to offer that training to others, please submit the Group Roster Form below. This step also applies to our Abbreviated Trainings.

The group roster form needs to be submitted prior to placing any workbook orders. Once we receive your group roster form, we will send you ordering instructions. Workbooks will not be released until this information is received. Please abide by these guidelines, as we do not give refunds.

​If you have registered for a hub training, your hub coordinator will send information on how to order your workbooks.
