JOIN ENTRUST

Entrust multiplies church leaders through accessible, locally owned, reproducible training systems.

With Christ as our head, Entrust is made up of a large team with a passion for spiritual multiplication. Entrust's unique approach to teamwork provides our staff members the freedom to invest their talents and visions in diverse, global contexts.

We're looking for creative, Christ-minded individuals to implement Entrust methods in new and current regions. If you're looking to train Christian leaders in your country, keep reading.

"WHAT DOES JOINING ENTRUST LOOK LIKE FOR ME?"

You're passionate about three things: Christ-centered discipleship, multiplication of leaders and using relational learning methods to transform the lives of others.

You also believe that discipleship is not a one-size-fit-all activity. Different approaches need to be applied to different cultures, demographics and contexts.

The question now becomes, "How do I put this into practice?"

Because Entrust values contextualization, we offer many ways to join our team.

We value our partnerships because we understand that sometimes others do better leadership training.

Field Staff - Dustin & Miriam Combs - Slovakia

Slovakia is a country of over 5 million people and, while religious statistics are difficult to nail down, less than 1 percent appear to be evangelical believers. The vast majority are atheist or culturally Catholic. There is a great need for theologically trained individuals to help with evangelism, discipleship and leadership training. Our greatest passion to assist in those very area. We desire “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph. 4:12) in Slovakia.

Entrust Partner - More Than A Mile Deep - Africa

After surveying church leaders across sub-Saharan Africa, MMD saw a deep hunger for training driven by the uniquely African challenges faced by the church. African Christians and theologians designed MMD’s comprehensive curriculum and continue to write, field test and facilitate its unique ministry training courses.

MMD training is accredited and non-formal. Each course is designed with biblical integrity and with the intent of individual, church and community transformation. Many of the courses utilize Action-Reflection-Action (ARA) methodology.
