JOIN ENTRUST

Entrust multiplies church leaders through accessible, locally owned, reproducible training systems.

With Christ as our head, Entrust is made up of a large team with a passion for spiritual multiplication. Entrust's unique approach to teamwork provides our staff members the freedom to invest their talents and visions in diverse, global contexts.

We're looking for creative, Christ-minded individuals to implement Entrust methods in new and current regions. If you're looking to train Christian leaders in your country, keep reading.

"WHAT DOES JOINING ENTRUST LOOK LIKE FOR ME?"

You're passionate about three things: Christ-centered discipleship, multiplication of leaders and using relational learning methods to transform the lives of others.

You also believe that discipleship is not a one-size-fit-all activity. Different approaches need to be applied to different cultures, demographics and contexts.

The question now becomes, "How do I put this into practice?"

Because Entrust values contextualization, we offer many ways to join our team.

Entrust partners with other organizations that share the same vision for training leaders. These partnerships are creative collaborations - there's no single model for partnership training.

Some of these partnerships include More than a Mile Deep in Africa, refugee ministries in the Middle East and women's training in Latvia.

We value our partnerships because we understand that sometimes others do better leadership training.

PATHWAY TO SERVICE

Pathway to Service

Might God be leading you to Entrust? Prayerfully take these steps to seek his direction.

Step 1. Contact us! (hr@entrust4.org) We’ll happily answer your questions and supply more info.

Step 2. Complete our interest form.

Step 3. We’ll interview you to explore how your gifts and desires line up with Entrust’s mission, vision and practices and possibly, with specific Entrust staff who can mentor you.

Step 4. We’ll provide additional tools to help you learn more about Entrust and cross-cultural ministry.

NOTE: we require you to attend one of our facilitator training courses, either prior to or within your first year of service with Entrust.

Step 5. If you sense God leading you to Entrust, complete an application. We’ll work with you to develop a plan on where and how you might serve.

Step 6. Discuss ideas with us as we develop your ministry description. You’re welcome to visit our office and meet our staff as we pray with you about next steps. We’ll work together to determine if there is a place for you to serve.

Additional (optional) step. If appropriate, raise funds for and embark on a vision/exploratory trip.

Step 7. Once location and ministry description are determined, we’ll finalize the application process, including references, background check, medical/emergency contact information and assessments. Once your application is approved, you become an appointee until you raise 100% of your financial support.

Step 8. Develop your prayer and financial support team. We’ll help you establish a budget and provide training for raising support.

Step 9. Come to Entrust’s home office in Colorado Springs for a week of pre-field orientation, meet your admin support team and complete final paperwork.

Step 10. After you’ve raised 100% of your ministry budget, you can purchase plane tickets and schedule a commissioning service with your home church, then arrive on the field for your term of fruitful service.

Our recruitment process is personal.
