Serbian leaders multiplying

Passing a baton and trusting another to run with it is a great sign of leadership multiplication. Pastor Bera Dusan and his wife Mira, in Novi Sad, Serbia, demonstrated that this winter.

Having received training from Entrust, Bera and Mira spent a year equipping their junior leaders to conduct youth camps. During that year, the junior leaders researched and asked questions. Finally, they put their preparations to the test. They planned, organized and carried out a camp for 22 children, followed by a camp full of 44 teens.

Pastor Bera’s maturity as a trainer of trainers shows as he says, “A couple of times I thought things should be done differently, only to realize it was quite OK the way they did it.”

Leadership multiplication is well underway in Novi Sad, Serbia.
