IT'S OFFICIAL!

One Challenge and Entrust are merged!

Entrust and One Challenge

As of October 1, we are legally one ministry, one entity, sharing our one challenge – fulfilling the Great Commission – together.

As OC President Dean Carlson says, “Our Father’s sovereign fingerprints have become vividly evident through a symphony

of intercession, thousands of conversations and a coordinated planning process.”

Former Entrust CEO Mary Dean adds, “God has been the author and instigator, the provider and protector” of this year-long merger process.

Join us in thanking the Lord for all he has done! And rest assured that our ministry continues.

Entrust Equipping Women carries on trainings around the world. Entrust’s overseas workers move ahead in every arena in which they serve. OC’s initiatives, projects and partners do the same.

Our home office staff have experienced the greatest change, from moving into and learning their way around a new building — the OC Mobilization Center in Colorado Springs — to learning new technology, to adapting to a somewhat new work culture.

What does all this mean for you?

  • You can continue to give to your Entrust staff worker or project exactly as you always have; we will alert you well in advance when it’s time to change how you give.

  • You can know that our Entrust physical mailing address and phone number remain unchanged. Just like with your donations, we will alert you well in advance of changes.

  • You can look forward to hearing from us about our annual Giving Tuesday campaign later this fall. Giving Tuesday 2025 lands on December 2. Again this year, we’ve been blessed with a generous challenge grant, and we will suggest some ideas for targeted giving to Entrust ministries.

  • You can, of course, keep praying for every one of us. Even as we stay the course in ministry, we navigate logistical change. We trust the Lord to keep producing the fruit of the Spirit in us and to keep doing his kingdom work through us and our One Challenge colleagues around the world.

Psalm 133:1 reminds us how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity. This also applies to mission agencies.

The merger between One Challenge and Entrust unifies two families with a shared passion for equipping leaders, empowering local churches and advancing the kingdom across cultures. Combining Entrust’s expertise in pastoral and leadership training with One Challenge’s global experience in partnership and community mobilization, we will open new paths for collaboration and expand our kingdom work.

As we blend varying expertise, resources and relationships behind one united vision and effort, the resulting unity will be a broader reach, a deeper impact and growth in the global church.

Thank you for so generously supporting Entrust! Please continue exactly as you have, without any change, until further notice. Your Entrust staff member or project still trusts God to provide through you, even as we are now merged with One Challenge. Our ministries will grow even stronger as we work together with our new One Challenge colleagues. Rejoice with us!
