EQUIPPING GLOBAL WORKERS:
The First Switch Internship equips the next generation of global workers in three ways:
Spiritual formation — growing as a disciple of Jesus
Disciple-making — making disciples who make disciples
Practical learning in community — in cohorts and with mentors
This three-pronged approach is seeing growth in participants and in movements to Christ.
