“Gospel Wins” Together

The OC First Switch Internship helps people see how they can impact the community with the gospel—right where they are. Through spiritual formation and learning about disciple-making movements, the intern’s faith grows deep, and their impact grows wide.

One intern shared after the 2-week intensive in Bali 2026: “Through your guidance and teaching, my relationship with God has deepened, and my understanding of spiritual truth has grown in ways that have truly transformed my life. You [all] have not only impacted what I believe, but how I live. My prayer life, discipline, and desire to grow spiritually have been strengthened by your investment in me.”

A few weeks after returning home from the intensive in Bali, this intern sent photos of a baptism for a group of new believers that he is leading. The whole First Switch community celebrates these “gospel wins” together!
